Family photography in the Alps, for families of all shapes and sizes. From relaxed summer sessions in the mountains to cosy winter portraits surrounded by snow, I offer natural, beautifully considered photography for small families and larger extended family groups alike. Whether you're celebrating a holiday together, documenting the people you love, or simply want photographs of this particular chapter in your family life, sessions are available throughout the local area and the surrounding Alps.
I’m based in the Tarentaise Valley and cover the wider Savoie Alps, from Val d’Isère to Courchevel and throughout the Three Valleys. Family sessions can take place wherever feels most natural to you — out in the snow, exploring the mountains, or tucked up inside your chalet by the fire. My approach is calm, relaxed and patient, with plenty of room for children to be themselves. As a mum to two energetic boys, I know that family photographs don’t need everyone sitting perfectly still to be beautiful. I’ll capture the real moments of connection and fun, alongside a few gently guided portraits so you have those lovely photographs of everyone looking at the camera too.

Can I book a session if we’re only visiting the Alps on holiday?
Absolutely. Many of my clients are visiting the Alps for a holiday, and family photography can be a lovely way to remember your time here. If possible, I recommend booking your session towards the beginning of your stay, giving us a little flexibility if the weather changes and ensuring you have plenty of options for choosing the best day.
Do you offer action or ski photography?
My family sessions are focused on capturing your family together rather than action sports photography, so I don’t offer dedicated ski or action photography. That said, if you’d like to include a little snow play, sledging, snowball fights or some gentle skiing as part of your family session, we can absolutely incorporate that where appropriate.
What happens if the weather isn’t suitable for our session?
Of course. I’m very happy to help you choose a location that suits your family, the time of year and the kind of photographs you’re hoping for. Whether you’re looking for mountain views, snowy landscapes, a beautiful woodland setting or something closer to your accommodation, we can find somewhere that feels right for you and your family.
